I think the the whales kept in captivity should not be kept in captivity because i think that if you would keep the whales in captivity more people will get hurt but if you would put them back in the wild less people would get hurt cause some people might not know where they are at and nobody wants  they foot to be eatin by a whale or stuck in a whales mouth
